Your job will be advertised on these job boards, as well as on their partner job boards, which totals over 100 sites!
Your job advert will appear for 28 days on these sites before it expires. You can also close the job early in your ATS, if you don’t want to receive any more applications, or you have filled the role already in that period.
No matter which website or job board a candidate applies for the role, all applicants for your job posting will come into your 365Jobs Applicant Tracking System.
(And don’t worry, our system filters out duplicate applications, so you’ll only see the applicant come through once)
Harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence, SmartScreen compares each CV application against the job specification you have created. It provides a % score, and commentary describing the rationale for the score.
Set your own % threshold (default is 80%) for candidates to be automatically moved to the Shortlist column if they are a good match against the job description.
This is very popular with recruiters and larger businesses who have a number of open jobs at a time, as it saves a lot of time screening. Post the advert, set your criteria and leave it for 2-3 days and you will come back to a shortlist of candidates.
Even if you set your criteria too high for any of the applicants, each record is labelled with a % match rate and the commentary, so you can still shortlist the higher scoring one’s.
