  • What services does 365Jobs.co.uk offer to employers?

    365Jobs.co.uk offers a comprehensive online recruitment platform, including posting jobs to multiple job boards, with an integrated Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing & tracking applicants. We also provide an AutoShortlist feature and a screening & shortlisting service. Future plans include a subscription service that allows access to a searchable candidate database and client branded job adverts.

  • How does the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) benefit my recruitment process?

    The drag and drop functionality in our ATS will make your candidate review process much quicker. The status of applications is also shared with candidates who have created a 365Jobs candidate portal account in real time, so you won’t ‘ghost’ anyone, anymore.

  • Is it just £349 to post my job, or are there hidden extras?

    There are no hidden extras! You pay a fixed fee to list your job posting on some of the UK's top paid job boards, as well as on our 365Jobs.co.uk job board. The applicant tracking system (ATS) that receives all candidate applications for your job posting is included in this price, and whilst you may be able to add some other products and services on for an additional fee, this is made crystal clear and payment is always up-front with no hidden charges. This service is designed to help small businesses or those with a limited recruitment budget to attract talent, so you know what you're paying.

  • What are the benefits of using paid job boards through 365Jobs.co.uk?

    Increasing the exposure of your role by posting to 5 of the UK's top paid job boards, meaning not just a good number of candidates but a higher chance of quality. You save money compared to posting to each site individually, and you receive all applications back into one place, your free ATS. You can also use some of our cutting-edge tools to make the process even quicker and easier. We guarantee you will receive candidate applications, or we’ll give you a full refund.

  • What kind of support does 365Jobs.co.uk offer to employers?

    When you create your 365Jobs Client Portal account, there is a link to helpful videos as well as a dedicated 'Help' page on our website. If you encounter any problems or issues with the application then you can send us an email to hello@365jobs.co.uk and we will investigate your issue and apply a fix, usually in under 24 hours. You can also call us on 0345 1166 365 with lines open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

  • Is there a limit to the number of jobs I can post?

    In theory, no there isn’t a limit to the number of jobs you can post. However, we reserve the right to remove any jobs that are posted repeatedly so they spam the job board e.g. if they are the same job repeated for multiple areas. We will contact you if this does happen to talk through a better solution.

  • How does 365Jobs.co.uk ensure the quality of candidates?

    Our platform attracts a wide range of candidates due to its broad visibility across multiple job boards so, although we don’t guarantee the quality of the candidates that apply, the likelihood of attracting quality candidates is significantly increased by our multi-job board posting strategy. What also provide our ATS which gives you a quick and easy method of viewing and rejecting unqualified candidates, and you can also sign up for our AutoShortlist feature which allows you to set the criteria for a successful candidate when you post the job, and only matching candidates will be shortlisted - saving you time and money!

  • How long will my job posting be advertised for?

    Once you have paid for your job posting, it will appear on the selected job boards for 28 days.

  • How does 365Jobs.co.uk handle data privacy?

    We take data privacy very seriously and comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR. Our platform uses secure data handling and storage practices to protect both employer and candidate information.

  • How does my job appear on the paid job boards as part of the job posting package?

    When you purchase our standard package, your job will be posted to our job board partners; Monster, Total Jobs, Reed, LinkedIn and Jobsite. The basic posting will be branded 365Jobs on these job boards and not as your company brand. We will be creating a client branded option as part of our future development plans, which will cost more than our current option (due to additional costs charged by our job board partners) and will be available in Q1 2025.
