AutoShortlist – £200

Set the keyword criteria & match rate yourself, and our automated screening process will automatically shortlist any candidates that apply with a CV that fits your preset requirements!

This is very popular with recruiters and larger businesses who have a number of open jobs at a time, as it saves a lot of time screening.  Post the advert, set your criteria and leave it for 2-3 days and you will come back to a shortlist of candidates.

Even if you set your criteria too high for any of the applicants, each record is labelled with a % match rate, so you can still shortlist the higher scoring one’s.

Screening & Shortlisting – £2,000

Sometimes a job posting can receive hundreds of applications! Reviewing each one can take a long time, even when you know what you’re looking for.  For a fixed fee of £2,000 one of our experienced Recruitment partners will give you a call to agree your criteria and get to work on creating a shortlist for you, within an agreed timeframe.

This service is most suitable for higher level roles, where you receive the expertise & service that an experienced recruitment consultant brings, whilst still saving a few thousand on commission payments.
