One of the reasons that 365Jobs was set up, was to provide employers with the ability to post their job adverts too multiple job boards at the same time, whilst making the job creation process as painless as possible.
Why post to just one job board, when you can post to 5 of the UK’s top paid job boards, as well as our very own 365Jobs board?
The job board partners that make up our standard posting option are some of the best paid job boards available!
In just one posting, your job advert is posted to Total Jobs, Reed, LinkedIn, Monster and Jobsite in one go, with all applications coming back to you in your free 365Jobs applicant tracking system
Benefits
- Advertise your job on several of the UK’s top paid job boards, to get the best candidates
- Location & Industry specific postings on job boards
- Job openings last a minimum of 28 days
- Flexible payment options available
- If you don’t receive any applicants, get your money back!
- Select one of our add-ons to make the process even easier!
How it Works
Firstly, you need to create a 365Jobs employers account, which is done completely online. Entering your name, e-mail and company information to register, click the activation link to set your password and you’re ready to go!
Next, you just need to some enter some basic details about the job e.g. the job title, industry, salary etc and, based on the information you have entered, a job description for your role will be automatically generated. Review and update as you see fit or copy and paste your own job description in before selecting any add-ons, in addition to the standard posting.
Once you have completed the job creation process, you can save it as a draft or go to the payment screen where there are 2 options:
- Pay by Credit Card
- Using our integration with Stripe, you can pay securely with your debit or credit card and your job advert will be ‘live’*.
- An invoice/receipt is e-mailed to you, as well as being made available under the ‘My Invoices’ section of your client portal dashboard.
- Pay by Invoice
- You will be e-mailed an invoice with a balance outstanding, which will need to be paid via card or bank transfer (cleared funds in our account) before the job advert will be put ‘live’*.
- The invoice will also be available to select for payment under the ‘My Invoices’ section of your client portal dashboard.
- For larger accounts, we can agree a monthly invoicing facility with agreed payment terms (subject to status), so please contact us directly to discuss this option.
Once your job has been created and payment has been received, there is a short review process where one of our team reviews the job to make sure it fits with all the job board requirements before posting ‘live’.
In the unlikely event that there is a challenge, we will get in touch and work with you to overcome it. This process usually takes c15 minutes Monday to Friday but may take slightly longer at weekends.
