The screening & shortlisting process is certainly the most time consuming part of the recruitment process, and probably the most important so getting it right, is paramount. 365Jobs is not a recruitment agency but we recognise that some business will have a requirement for some support when it comes to this crucial step. To cater for this market, we have developed a panel of recruitment agency partners across a number of industries who you can outsource this process to and get the expert support you require.
The cost for this service is a fixed fee of £2,000 so there is no variable % of starting salary for worry about, or significant agency fees attached but you still get the experience and expertise that comes with using a recruitment agency.
Benefits
- Screening by specialist recruiters or experienced hiring manager’s at a significantly reduced rate, rather than going to a recruitment agency for the whole process.
- A huge time saving, and a fully screened shortlist of an agreed number of candidates ready for you to interview.
- Maintain a great company reputation by ensuring a reply to every candidate application.
How it Works
At the point of creating a job posting, you have the option to select our ‘Screening & Shortlisting’ option, for £2,000. Once you have posted your role to the selected job boards, a member of our 365Jobs team will give you a call to discuss the role in more detail and agree an SLA and timescales for the creation of a shortlist.
Once we understand your needs, we will identify a recruitment partner that best suits your needs and will arrange a meeting with them.
We will pass your details onto them, along with the details of the role and the screening and shortlisting process
What do you get?
- All candidate applications will be reviewed and either rejected or shortlisted.
- Every candidate application will be responded to, so nobody is ghosted.
- You will be provided with a candidate shortlist with rationale as to why a candidate has been selected, which the recruiter will present to you as part of a meeting.
- Interviews can be set-up using your applicant tracking system in the 365Jobs portal, or you can liaise with our team, provide your availability and we will set up the interview.
What you don’t get…
- The recruiter will only review applicants that have applied for your role via the job boards you have selected.
